However when they say it is glossy it is a understatment! It is very shiny. I read what the other reviewer said about wishing they had gotten the flat black, and after comparing the two I can see why. (Yes, the price was so good here on Amazon that I bought the same helmet in two different finishes!) Don't get me wrong - the glossy black is absolutely gorgeous.
